Empava jet nozzle replacement
Empava water jet nozzles are directional and thread into the jet body in the tub wall. Nozzles that crack or lose directional adjustment can be replaced individually -- contact Empava customer service with the model number for the correct nozzle part number. Nozzles unscrew counterclockwise and pull out from the jet body; replacement is a 5-minute repair without tools.
Jet pump service
The 1.0 HP jet pump in the EMPV-59JT011 is located in the base of the tub, accessible by removing the access panel (typically beneath the tub, or at the foot end depending on configuration). Common pump failures: impeller clogged with hair/debris (clean), capacitor failure (replace capacitor -- $15-$30 part), or motor bearing failure (pump replacement -- $200-$400 part plus 2 hours labor). Empava's 1-year warranty covers pump failure in year 1; after warranty, pump replacement is an owner cost.
LED chromotherapy maintenance
The LED controller and light strips in Empava jetted tubs are rated for 30,000+ hours and rarely require replacement during normal product life. If individual colors fail, the LED strip assembly can be replaced -- contact Empava support with the model number for the LED part kit.
