Grohe limited warranty

Grohe covers residential products under a limited warranty -- terms vary by product line but typically include 5 years for mechanical components and finish for the Rainshower and Euphoria series. Contact Grohe Customer Service at 1-630-582-7711 or at grohe.com/us with the product number (stamped on the showerhead body near the inlet or on the original packaging) and proof of purchase. Grohe ships replacement parts through authorized distributors; not all parts are direct-shipped. In some regions, Grohe directs warranty claims to the original retail distributor (Ferguson, Lowe's Pro, etc.).

Rainshower 310 spray nozzle plate

The Rainshower 310's 230-nozzle SpeedClean plate is a replaceable component on the current production model. The plate unclips from the face ring (3 clip tabs around the perimeter) and snaps back into place after cleaning or replacement. The replacement part number is available from Grohe customer service by the product number (26566000 for the 12-inch round Chrome). In hard water, the SpeedClean nozzles should be wiped monthly -- replacement is rarely needed before the 5-year warranty period.

Euphoria handheld hose -- 28025000

The Grohe Euphoria handheld hose is Grohe part 28025000 (60-inch, StarLight Chrome, with Aquadimmer function on some configurations). Standard replacement hoses from Grohe are available through authorized Grohe distributors (Ferguson, Lowe's Pro Supply) or directly via grohe.com. Cost: $30-$50 for the Grohe OEM hose; a standard $10-$20 aftermarket 60-inch shower hose with 1/2-inch NPT swivel connections fits as a functional replacement if exact Grohe OEM matching is not required.

StarLight Chrome finish repair

Grohe's StarLight Chrome is a multi-layer chrome process with higher scratch and tarnish resistance than standard chrome. Minor surface scratches can sometimes be reduced (not eliminated) by polishing with a chrome polish compound and a soft cloth. Deep scratches that penetrate through the chrome layer to the base metal require professional re-plating -- consumer repair is not practical. Finish damage from incorrect installation tool contact (unprotected metal wrench on the chrome face) is not covered by the Grohe warranty, reinforcing the importance of cloth protection during installation.
