Grohe Rainshower Classic 26464000: German Engineering at 6 Inches

The Grohe Rainshower Classic uses DreamSpray technology -- a pressure-equalization chamber behind the nozzle plate that maintains equal water pressure at every nozzle regardless of where in the supply stream the nozzle sits. On most showerheads, outer-ring nozzles have lower pressure than center nozzles because of how water distributes through the head body. DreamSpray eliminates this gradient, producing equal-pressure rainfall across the full 6-inch face.

StarLight Chrome Finish

Grohe StarLight is a proprietary electroplating process that applies 40+ layers of protection over the base brass body. The result is a mirror finish rated to resist scratching, tarnishing, and chemical exposure for the lifetime of the product. Grohe backs this with a lifetime chrome warranty. The underlying body is solid brass -- the only material in this category that Grohe uses at the connections.

Spray Modes

Rain and SprayRain (a mixed-density pattern that combines large and small drops). Both modes operate through the same DreamSpray chamber. The head connects to any 1/2-inch NPT arm and includes a Grohe EcoButton flow-pause that reduces output to 30% without changing temperature -- a shower pause function rare in fixed-mount heads.
