The B-0960 wand includes the oscillating rail motor; the T-0020 wand does not. Scale buildup on the tip is best addressed by removing the wand and soaking in white vinegar before replacement. Inlet Filter and Deodorizer Cartridge -- Combined 6-Month Service
The Woodbridge inlet filter (part WB-FLT-01, compatible with both models) is at the water supply inlet on the toilet body. Access by disconnecting the supply hose, extracting the filter screen, inserting the replacement, and reconnecting. The deodorizer activated carbon cartridge (part WB-DEOD-01) slides into the side compartment accessible from the right of the seat housing. Replace both the inlet filter and deodorizer cartridge on the same 6-month schedule to simplify maintenance tracking.
Fill Valve and Flush Valve Components
The Woodbridge toilet uses a standard gravity-flush fill valve similar to Fluidmaster 400A compatible valves. If the tank fills slowly, runs continuously, or produces a hissing sound after the fill cycle ends, the fill valve diaphragm or float mechanism is typically the cause. A Fluidmaster 400A or equivalent fill valve replacement fits most Woodbridge tank configurations -- confirm access to the tank interior through the tank lid before ordering. The flush valve flapper (part WB-FLAP-01 for Woodbridge-branded replacement, or a compatible Korky or Fluidmaster equivalent) may need replacement every 3 to 5 years if the toilet develops a slow tank leak into the bowl after flushing.
Foot Sensor Capacitive Pad and Control Board
The foot sensor capacitive pad on the B-0960 (part WB-FOOT-SENSOR) is a thin film sensor embedded in the toilet base trim. If the foot sensor stops responding, first test with a battery-powered multimeter to confirm the sensor output -- a failed sensor produces no signal change when the activation zone is touched. Replacement requires removing the base trim cover (2 to 4 screws depending on B-0960 production run).
