Bradford White Scale Reducing Anode for Tankless Water Heaters

Bradford White recommends proactive scale management in areas with water hardness above 11 GPG to maintain the warranty coverage and efficiency of Bradford White Infiniti tankless water heaters. The Bradford White scale-reducing anode cartridge installs in-line on the cold water supply inlet of Bradford White tankless units. The cartridge contains food-grade polyphosphate beads that slowly dissolve into the water supply at 1-5 PPM concentration, coating calcium and magnesium ions and preventing precipitation on the heat exchanger copper tubes at operating temperatures of 120-140 degrees F. The cartridge is designed for installation by a licensed plumber during initial water heater installation or at the first service interval. Replacement frequency is 12-18 months depending on water hardness and hot water consumption volume. Compatible with Bradford White Infiniti K (RKTH), M (RNTP), and RG series tankless water heaters.
