What document do you need?
- Installation Manual — needed by the installer; covers gas line sizing, venting tables, condensate plumbing, electrical, commissioning checklist. Required reference for any work covered by warranty.
- Owner Manual — covers controller operation, temperature setting, recirculation programming, normal-operation interpretation, basic troubleshooting.
- Parts Diagram — exploded view with every part number. Critical for ordering replacement parts through a Rinnai dealer.
- Spec Sheet — single-page summary of capacities, dimensions, gas/water connections. Used for permit applications.
