Electric tank — ECO reset
- Off breaker
- Remove upper access panel
- Press red ECO button on upper thermostat
- Replace panel; restore breaker
Gas tank — gas valve cycle
- Gas knob "Off" for 5 minutes
- Turn to "Pilot" or "On"
- Standing pilot: light pilot per instructions
Power Vent
- Unplug 120V power
- Cycle gas valve
- Plug power back in
Encore Hybrid
- Mode button on display
- ECO red button on resistance backup thermostat
- Breaker off 30 minutes for compressor lockout
Encore Tankless
- Press On/Off button on controller 3 seconds
- If code persists: power-cycle at breaker 30 seconds
