Whirlpool WHER25 Under-Counter Reverse Osmosis System

The Whirlpool WHER25 is a 3-stage under-counter reverse osmosis system producing up to 50 gallons per day (50 GPD) of filtered water stored in an included 2-gallon pressurized tank. Stage 1 is a 5-micron sediment pre-filter removing particulates. Stage 2 is a carbon block pre-filter reducing chlorine and organic compounds that degrade the RO membrane. Stage 3 is the 50 GPD TFC (thin-film composite) reverse osmosis membrane rated under NSF/ANSI 58 for TDS reduction and documented reduction of lead, nitrates, nitrites, fluoride, arsenic, barium, radium, selenium, and over 50 additional contaminants. Output TDS is typically 10-30 PPM from municipal supply with 200-400 PPM TDS input. A dedicated dispensing faucet (chrome or brushed nickel, included) installs alongside the main kitchen faucet. Whirlpool replacement filters are widely available through home improvement retailers and online, making servicing straightforward without specialty suppliers.
