SpringWell CF1 Whole-House Water Filter System

The SpringWell CF1 is a 4-stage whole-house water filtration system designed for homes where municipal water quality -- particularly chloramine disinfection -- affects taste, odor, and appliance performance. Stage 1 is a 5-micron sediment pre-filter. Stage 2 is KDF-85 media for chlorine, chloramines, hydrogen sulfide, and heavy metal reduction. Stage 3 is a high-surface-area catalytic carbon stage for chloramine, haloacetic acid (HAA), and trihalomethane (THM) reduction -- catalytic carbon is substantially more effective than standard activated carbon at breaking down chloramine molecules. Stage 4 is a final 5-micron sediment post-filter. System flow rate is 12 GPM, supporting 3-4 bathroom homes.
