Moen MFILTPRO Installation
The Moen MFILTPRO installs inline on the main supply line using standard 3/4" or 1" compression fittings (adapters included). Single-tank design, approximately 10" diameter x 30" tall -- fits in most utility room or garage locations where a water softener would be installed. Moen provides a detailed installation guide and a US-based customer support line (1-800-289-6636). Installation time: 1--2 hours for a licensed plumber, 3--4 hours for a confident DIYer. The MFILTPRO includes a bypass valve for maintenance without shutting off the main water supply.
