Brio internal filter cartridges (3-stage set): replace every 6 months or 2,000 gallons -- available at Walmart, Target, Amazon, and Costco at $20--$35 per filter set. Brio UV lamp (for models with UV-C stage): replace annually or every 8,000 hours of operation -- UV lamps degrade in intensity over time, eventually losing sanitization effectiveness. UV lamp replacement kits ($20--$40) available through Brio's website and Amazon. In soft water homes, filter life may extend to 8--10 months due to reduced mineral load. Brio recommends using only Brio-branded or NSF-certified compatible filters to maintain the system warranty.
