ZeroWater 40-Cup Ready-Pour Filtered Water Dispenser

The ZeroWater ZD-040RP is a 40-cup countertop water dispenser using ZeroWater 5-stage ion exchange filtration to reduce total dissolved solids (TDS) to 0 PPM -- a performance level matching distilled water quality for dissolved mineral and salt removal. The 5-stage filter system includes: Stage 1 (coarse sediment screen), Stage 2 (foam distributor for even water distribution), Stage 3 (multi-layer activated carbon and oxidation reduction alloy), Stage 4 (dual-comprehensive ion exchange resin for TDS reduction to 000 PPM), and Stage 5 (non-woven membrane for final polishing). NSF/ANSI 42 and NSF/ANSI 53 certifications cover chlorine, lead, chromium, and PFOA/PFOS reduction. A ZeroWater TDS meter is included for verifying filter output -- when the TDS reading rises above 6 PPM, the filter requires replacement. Filter life varies dramatically with source water TDS: at 300 PPM source TDS, the filter may reach 6 PPM output after only 15-25 gallons; at 50 PPM source TDS, a single filter may treat 40+ gallons. The 40-cup BPA-free body includes a front-facing spigot for dispensing without lifting.
