The Waterdrop WD-FB-18S is an 18-ounce double-wall vacuum insulated stainless steel filtered water bottle integrating a replaceable activated carbon block filter in the straw lid. The vacuum insulation keeps cold water cold for up to 24 hours and hot water warm for up to 12 hours -- the same thermal performance as unfiltered insulated stainless bottles. The activated carbon filter treats water as it passes through the straw, reducing chlorine, chloramines, taste, and odor certified under NSF/ANSI 42. The filter life is approximately 60 gallons -- higher than the Brita Sport, ZeroWater bottle, or Clearly Filtered bottle -- extending replacement intervals to 4-6 months for a user refilling twice daily. The stainless exterior is scratch-resistant and odor-neutral. The magnetic straw cap opens and closes by rotating; the straw delivers filtered water to a natural drinking position without tilting the bottle. The filter element is replaced by removing the straw cap and inserting a fresh Waterdrop WD-FC-01 replacement cartridge. The bottle body is top-rack dishwasher-safe; the straw cap requires hand washing.
