APEC ROES-PH75 6-Stage Alkaline Under-Sink RO System

The APEC ROES-PH75 adds a sixth stage -- an inline calcite/corosex remineralization cartridge -- to the proven ROES-50 platform and bumps output to 75 gallons per day. The remineralization stage dissolves calcium and magnesium carbonate back into the ultra-pure RO permeate, raising output TDS from ~5 ppm to approximately 30-50 ppm and pH from acidic (~6.0) to slightly alkaline (~7.5-8.0). This addresses the most common complaint about RO water: that it tastes flat and minerally empty.

The 75 GPD membrane is measurably faster than the 50 GPD ROES-50 -- the storage tank refills about 50% more quickly after a draw. For a household of 4-5 that runs the kitchen faucet heavily, the faster refill prevents the tank-empty mid-draw experience that occasionally plagues the 50 GPD class.
