GE Faucets and Appliance-Integrated Filtration

GE Appliances does not manufacture residential kitchen or bathroom faucets as a primary product line, but GE Profile smart appliances include faucet-adjacent filtration features: the GE Profile refrigerator with built-in carbonated water dispenser (GE Profile Series PSHF6PGZSS) and GE Profile smart dishwashers with integrated water treatment. In the water-at-the-faucet category, GE Appliances sells under-sink RO systems (GE GXRTDR) with dedicated brushed nickel faucets that coordinate with GE appliance finishes -- providing GE-branded filtered water delivery at the kitchen tap as a complement to GE kitchen appliances.

GE Profile Refrigerator Water Dispensers

GE Profile French-door refrigerators include built-in water and ice dispensers that filter through the GE RPWFE or XWFE refrigerator water filter. These refrigerator dispensers are a faucet-adjacent source of filtered water -- providing cold, filtered water on demand from the refrigerator door. The GE Profile Opal Nugget Ice Maker (XPIO13BCPTS) also filters through a compatible GE filter for ice production. For GE appliance households, coordinating the GE GXRTDR under-sink RO with the GE refrigerator filter creates a unified GE water filtration experience at both the sink and the refrigerator.

GE Water Softeners and Whole-Home Systems

GE Water (now operated independently after Whirlpool acquired GE Appliances water softener inventory) sold whole-home water softeners and whole-home filters under the GE brand. Post-acquisition, GE-branded whole-home water treatment is available through GXWH40L (whole-home sediment filter, $50--$80) and GXWH35F (whole-home carbon filter, $80--$120) -- compact single-cartridge whole-home prefilters available at Home Depot. These are entry-level whole-home prefilters rather than comprehensive treatment systems.
