Inlet Water Filter -- 6-Month Service Interval
The Sensia Arena inlet filter (Grohe part 45 164 000) is at the bidet water supply connection point inside the seat housing rear panel. The rear panel removes by pressing two release clips at the seat back. Extract the filter with needle-nose pliers, insert the replacement, and reattach the panel. In hard water areas or where supply water TSS (total suspended solids) is high, replace every 3 months. Flush Valve Seal and Cistern Components

Seal failure typically presents as a continuously running toilet or incomplete fill after flush. Grohe recommends annual inspection and 5-year replacement for the flush valve seal in standard municipal water conditions. Replacement requires accessing the cistern -- either through the removable tank lid on floor-mounted configurations, or through the wall access panel on wall-hung installations. The Sensia Arena control board (Grohe part 36 530 000) governs all electronic functions including the lid sensor, nozzle positioning, water heating, and display.
