Moen warranty claims
Moen's limited lifetime warranty on the tub shell is processed through Moen customer service: 1-800-289-6636 or moen.com/support. Have the model number and purchase date available. Moen typically ships replacement parts at no charge for warranty-covered defects; major shell defects (cracking, crazing) may result in a full tub replacement depending on the defect and age.
Drain parts
Moen drain assemblies for their freestanding tub lineup use standard 1.5" thread patterns. Replacement drain kits are available at Moen.com or through the same wholesale distribution network as Moen faucets.
