The Noritz EZTR40 is the smallest variant in Noritz's recirculation-equipped tankless line. ~84K BTU output with built-in recirculation. Sized for very small homes or supplementary fixture applications.

Specs: 84,000 BTU natural gas input, UEF 0.94 condensing, 4.0 GPM at a 35°F rise, stainless steel heat exchanger, built-in recirculation pump. PVC condensing venting. 12-year warranty on heat exchanger.

The 84K BTU class is sized for 1-bath warm-climate primary residences or studio apartments. Smaller gas line requirements than 199K BTU class — often 1/2" gas line works at moderate distances.
