Primo POU dispensers include a filter cartridge (sediment + carbon block) that requires replacement every 6 months or 500 gallons. Primo replacement filters are available at Walmart, Home Depot, and Amazon at $20--$35 per filter. For Primo Exchange bottle delivery, contact Primo customer service (1-800-201-6218) or schedule delivery through the Primo website. Primo Refill stations are typically open 24/7 at participating Walmart, Home Depot, and Kroger locations -- bring any clean, food-grade container. Cost at the refill kiosk: $0.35--$0.40 per gallon, paid by credit/debit card at the kiosk terminal.
