Pfister's limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser. Contact Pfister customer service (1-800-732-8238) with the model number for warranty claims and parts requests. Pfister's bath parts are stocked at Home Depot in most markets, which is a meaningful convenience advantage over brands that require mail-order for all parts.
Acrylic maintenance
Non-abrasive cleaners: Soft Scrub, dish soap. Avoid abrasive powders. Polish with automotive plastic polish 2-3 times per year to maintain surface sheen. Minor scratches: wet-sand 400 -> 800 -> 1500 grit, finish with polishing compound.
