Grohe bathtub parts (drain assemblies, overflow plates, leveling feet for freestanding models) are sourced through authorized Grohe dealers or grohe.com. Grohe's US customer service: 1-630-582-7711. Parts catalog searchable by model number on grohe.com. The limited lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects; installation-related damage is not covered.
Acrylic surface care
Grohe's acrylic bathtub surfaces are cleaned with non-abrasive liquid cleaners. The European acrylic formulation has a slightly harder surface than standard US thermoformed acrylic -- minor scratches respond well to 800-grit -> 1500-grit wet sanding followed by automotive polish. Avoid bleach-based cleaners; they dull the acrylic surface over time.
