Warranty and parts
FerdY's 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects. Contact FerdY customer service through their Amazon store or website with the order number and model number. FerdY's customer service response time is typically 1-3 business days -- slower than brand-name plumbing manufacturers. After the 1-year warranty, drain assemblies can be replaced with standard 1.5" thread aftermarket parts from any plumbing supplier.
Acrylic care
Standard non-abrasive cleaner protocol. The 7mm walls are slightly more susceptible to visible flexing during cleaning than thicker-wall competitors -- don't lean heavily on the tub walls during cleaning. Minor scratches: wet-sand 400 -> 800 -> 1500 grit, automotive polish.
