Zurn Z5560 tank trim — residential aftermarket compatibility
The Zurn Z5560 is the only Zurn commercial toilet with a gravity tank (the Z5675/Z5615/Z5685 are tankless flushometer models). For tank service, residential aftermarket parts apply directly — Korky 2032BP flapper, Fluidmaster 400A fill valve, Bemis 7530 tank-bowl gasket.

Why Z5560 uses residential parts
Zurn designed the Z5560 as a commercial-residential bridge product — commercial-grade ceramic and trapway, but residential gravity-tank architecture for multi-family residential applications. This deliberately uses residential aftermarket parts (universal Korky/Fluidmaster) to keep facility maintenance simple and serviceable through any plumbing supply store.
Service procedures
Standard residential procedures apply. Reference our Sterling/Eljer/Vortens repair guides for step-by-step procedures — they're identical for the Z5560.
