Saniflo parts service differs fundamentally from conventional toilet parts. The toilet bowl + tank use universal Korky/Fluidmaster aftermarket components, but the macerator pump assembly is Saniflo-proprietary and serviceable only through Saniflo authorized service centers.

The macerator service problem
Unlike conventional toilets where every part is universal aftermarket, Saniflo macerator pumps require authorized service centers for warranty and complex repairs. Most installs are in below-grade locations where service access is difficult — adding to the long-term TCO consideration.
